Michael Doody Principal:- Michael qualified from University College Dublin and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 1978. Michael deals with all aspects of litigation including applications to the Personal Injuries Assessment Board, District Court, Circuit Court and High Court. Michael also advises on all aspects of multiple conveyancing transactions, commercial leases, labour law and family law.
Seamus Doody:- Seamus qualified from University College Cork with a BCL (Hons) Degree and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 1992. Seamus specialises in: General Law of Practice to include: general litigation (personal injury, road traffic, district court and tribunals), Licensing Law, Conveyancing Residential and Commercial, Landlord and Tenant.
Rachel Hall: - Rachel qualified from University College Cork with a BCL (Hons) Degree and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 2001. Rachel deals with Residential Conveyancing acting for both the vendors and purchasers of residential property. Rachel also deals with Probate and Estate administration and advises on all aspects of administration of estates from the drafting of Wills to the distribution of assets. In addition she advises on all issues relating to the transfer of assets by inheritance or by gift.
Rachel has been accredited with a Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (TEP).
